Starting February 1, 2024, the Chicago Department of Aviation is relocating hotel shuttle pickup to Terminal 2 Lower Level. Please follow signs to HOTEL SHUTTLES and proceed to Door 2C for Wyndham hotel shuttle. Pickup is at middle lane outside of Door 2C. Hotel shuttle pickup every 30 minutes at 15 and 45 minutes past each hour.

Positive: The room was great. The check-in staff were super friendly.
Negative: Parking was a bit of a challenge as we had to follow the shuttle to remote parking. Though not far, it would have been nice to have knowledge right off the bat so as to avoid the bottleneck at the front entry.

Negative: The staff on my first night weren’t the most accommodating. They were unprofessional and rude. The staff after the first were night were fine. They were friendly and professional.

Positive: Good location, the room was very good size and comfortable.
Negative: THE STAFF... awful customer service skills, not just one but 2 horrible experiences. Not even a Hello at check-in, I greeted her with "Hi" and got no response, "we need an ID'.. 'GO ahead and insert your card' all with a barking tone. At check out, same awful treatment, different agent 'Do you want a receipt ' yes please a bill' Thats what I asked you, do you want a receipt ' unprovoked arrogant attitude and aggressive tone of voice, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Will absolutely not go there again, still dumbfounded as to why they behaved like that, they're either a very unhappy bunch or need some professional training.

Positive: Good location easy yo find from the airfield. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Negative: Not much. The reception desk functions well but the staff needs motivation/training in making customers feel welcome. Communication between hotel guests, reception and the shuttle service is embarresing.

Negative: All hotels give breakfast. Could not believe we had to pay for it. Shuttle could not pick us up at the AA area where all other shuttles were. We were told to get on a tram with about ten large suitcases. Totally unacceptable. Had to take a cab.
